The multi-award-winning Twist-N-View Image Care Chart offers the perfect solution to share information about your loved one when paid carers or friends are helping out. You can't be there all the time and when the person struggles to express their needs it can be extremely traumatic for all concerned. For those times when you’d rather not have the information on view, just turn the chart over to display an attractive picture.

It can be as simple as ensuring your loved one is called by their preferred name, and making sure that they get their cup of tea just how they like it.

There is also space for providing some information about family, past occupation and important dates, all helpful conversation prompts. If the 18 symbols haven’t covered everything you want to share there is space for further notes and comments.

Prompts help you provide key information, and symbols make it possible for carers to find information quickly and easily.

The wipe-clean surface allows the chart to be wiped off and updated as often as necessary.

A simple and stylish way to ensure good quality care

Mr. James Ashwell, Founder of Unforgettable

These lovely charts are designed by Zoe Harris, one of the most impressive people I’ve ever met. Zoe cared for her husband who had dementia and has managed to turn a very difficult experience into something which could really help others. When Zoe’s husband went into a nursing home she wanted to make sure that carers who didn’t know him, would still treat him as an individual so she created this brilliant chart. You can list your loved ones likes and dislikes, hobbies, favourite food and whatever else it takes to ensure carers can quickly develop a personal connection. I know from my own experience how helpful this can be. When professional carers started coming in to help us with Mum, I put photographs of her in her twenties, thirties and forties all over the house so that they could see they were caring for a person, not just another patient. Zoe’s charts take this idea much further, and I know we would have benefited from having one.
