Last night saw the first Unforgettable Drinks evening, where members of the dementia community, including product designers, suppliers, charities and experts, came together to celebrate the launch of Unforgettable.org and to talk dementia innovation

It was a fantastic evening, which saw a variety of people visiting the Unforgettable offices in Old Street, London, to discuss dementia and how we can tackle the growing issues surrounding it. Drinks were flowing, and with food provided by COOK Kitchen (a fellow UK B Corp), it was an extremely enjoyable and interesting event.

We were pleased to welcome Jeremy Hughes, CEO of the Alzheimer’s Society, who gave a speech on the dementia challenge facing people today, and how sites such as Unforgettable can help to provide much needed support and solutions.

It also gave founder, James Ashwell, a chance to thank all those who have been instrumental in bringing Unforgettable to life, including our founding charity partner – the Alzheimer’s Society, our investors, suppliers, web developers and of course, the Unforgettable Team.

The drinks are the first of what Unforgettable intend to be a regular occurrence, providing a space for people looking to share the challenges that dementia can bring with those who can provide solutions through product development.
